where is my order?

we are so sorry for any shipping delay you may be experiencing. we understand this is frustrating and kindly ask for your patience as we do not control how quickly our carriers pick up your order, scans, sorts, and then delivers your package.

when you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. orders are generally processed within 24 hrs. in the event there is unforeseen issues (extreme weather, spike in sales, etc.), order processing can be delayed. if your order is experiencing a delay, we'll notify you via email of any delay. when your shipping label is printed, you will then receive an email with a tracking link. this tracking link can take up to 72 hours to be updated by UPS, once they have picked the order up from our warehouse, which can be a couple days after the tracking information is created and emailed to you. for example - if you are emailed a tracking link on friday, your order will most likely be picked up from our warehouse by UPS on tuesday.
